What’s the best air-conditioning systems to install?

Do you charge for quotes?

No - we don’t charge to quote for a new residential equipment installation. For service maintenance quotes, we charge a nominal callout fee to visit and undertake an inspection of your equipment.

How will a service maintenance program help me?

Like any piece of machinery, your climate control equipment needs to be maintained regularly to ensure it is working at its optimum efficiency. Systems that have not been maintained can lead to:

  1. Higher running costs
  2. Business interruption from the unexpected failure of equipment
  3. Shorter life span of equipment
  4. Unexpected costs for replacement or repair.

Preventative maintenance minimises all of the above.

Will I lose my warranty if my equipment is not serviced?

In some cases - Yes. Refer to your specific warranty for your system to check the details, but many items require servicing to continue the warranty full term.
